Tony delivers through a small bench of experienced revenue and commercial people across travel & leisure. You do the part you are good at. Tony finds the client, scopes the work and signs it off.
Who we look for
People who have owned a revenue or commercial number: directors of revenue, commercial directors, cluster and area leads, at brands clients recognise. Independent consultants and people between roles are especially welcome.
What the work is
Project based and mostly remote, under the Tony name and method. A Diagnostic for a hotel group, three months running pricing and channels for an independent, a sector playbook. Usually two to three days a month per client, more if you want it.
What you get
Senior day rates, paid on time. No selling, no admin, no chasing invoices. A group of peers across hotels, airlines, airports, fitness and wellness, and work that uses what you know.
A clear bar, and a real test
We would rather have ten people we trust completely than a hundred names. Everyone on the bench has met the same bar.
- Senior commercial or revenue roles at operators clients recognise
- Depth in at least one of hotels, airlines, airports, fitness, wellness or attractions
- Ten or more years, with at least three owning a revenue or commercial number
- Hands on with the systems independents actually use, from channel managers and booking engines to revenue and membership tools
- Working knowledge of Australian and New Zealand demand patterns
- A paid half day on real data, in Tony's format, before anything else
Not a job board
Nobody on the bench is listed or browsable. Clients see Tony, and each client is told who is on their team and why.
Tony does not place people inside clients on a day rate. Every engagement is a Tony product with a Tony deliverable, and the judgement behind every strategy stays with our founder.
