Jordan is our AI revenue analyst. It reads a hotel's exports, finds the gaps and prepares every Pulse for a person to check. Every hotel's data looks different, and Jordan gets sharper with each one it reads. Our ten founding hotels help us train it, and get Pulse free while they do.

Every PMS, point of sale, spa and events system exports its own way. Each new layout teaches Jordan to read the next one right the first time.

What we ask
- Thirteen months of exports to start, then each month's by the 5th
- A sponsor (your GM or owner) and one person who sends the data
- Work at least two of the three decisions each month, and keep their status up to date
- 30 minutes each month to tell us what was useful and what wasn't
- Your permission to use your data, with your hotel's name removed, to train Jordan and build anonymous benchmarks
Ten hotels, as different from each other as possible
We pick for a mix, so Jordan learns from as many kinds of hotel as it can. A great hotel can miss out simply because we already have one like it.
Every hotel needs
- A hotel in Australia or New Zealand, independent or part of a small group
- A PMS that exports daily figures to Excel or CSV, with thirteen months of history
- At least one revenue stream beyond rooms, such as food and beverage, with its own export
- The right to export and share your own data, without head office sign off
- A GM or owner who wants to act on what Pulse finds
Across the ten, we want
- City, resort, regional and lodge properties, from under 50 rooms to over 150
- Hotels with spa, meetings and events, in room dining, retail and activities
- A spread of PMS, point of sale, spa and events systems
- Hotels with one food and beverage outlet, and hotels with several
- At least two hotels in New Zealand
- Hotels whose busy and quiet seasons look very different

Your first Pulse within two business days of your data, then one each month. At the end, you decide.
Clear rules for your data
Training Jordan means using your data for more than your own report. Here is exactly how we handle it.
- Your figures produce your Pulse and, with your permission, help train Jordan and build anonymous benchmarks
- Your hotel is never named outside Tony. Your figures are never shown to another hotel, published or used in our marketing
- Benchmarks always combine several hotels, so no one hotel's figures can be seen
- We don't need guest names, emails or card details. Please leave them out of your exports
- If you don't continue, we delete your files when the trial ends. Only anonymous figures, combined with other hotels, stay in our benchmarks
- A person checks every figure and signs off every action before it reaches you

Is it really free?
Yes. Three monthly Pulse reports, the Pulse app as it rolls out and a monthly review with our team, at no cost. We don't ask for a card.
What happens at the end?
You decide. Keep Pulse at the founding price of $690 a month plus GST, locked for twelve months, or stop. There is nothing to cancel, and we never move you onto a paid plan unless you say yes.
Why do you need our data to train Jordan?
Jordan learns by doing: reading real exports, finding real gaps and seeing which decisions work. Test data only goes so far. The things that make your hotel's data different are exactly what make Jordan better for the next hotel.
What does training Jordan mean in practice?
We use what your data shows us to improve how Jordan reads exports, which checks it runs and how it values gaps, and to build anonymous benchmarks. Your hotel is never named, and your figures are never shown to another hotel or published.
How much time will it take?
Setup usually takes an afternoon: a short call and thirteen months of exports. After that, about an hour a month to send the month's exports, join the 30 minute review and update your decisions.
What if we're not chosen?
We'll email you by Wednesday 11 November. You can still start Pulse as a paying hotel, and we'll come back to you if a place opens up.
We only have rooms data. Can we apply?
For this trial we need at least one stream beyond rooms, because that's where Jordan has the most to learn. Pulse itself works with rooms data alone, so you can still start Pulse as a paying hotel.
Can we leave early?
Yes, at any time. Tell us and we stop, and we delete your files if you ask.
Who looks at our numbers?
Our engine calculates every figure from your own data, so no number is an AI guess. Jordan prepares the analysis, then a person on our team checks it and signs off every action before it reaches you.
